"Krause's New Berlin facility is beautiful, and the staff was wonderful in helping us plan and host my dad's memorial service. They helped with the other details of managing through the processes and paperwork after someone passes, which was so needed. We were blessed to work with Kathy Pirkey and the rest of the team. They put us at ease in a super tough time and really difficult conversations, so making decisions felt more like an honoring gift than a painful loss.
