Carol Ann Klug – Born into Eternal Life on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at the age of 87.
Preceded in death by her beloved husband Richard. Loving mother of Carrie (Randy) Stary, Christine (Roger Neumann), Rich (Cindi Brown), Kelly (Joseph) Woodworth and Kathryn. Loving grandmother of Amanda (Lance) Remus, Daniel, Preston (Jacy), Gabi (Chris) Goldner, CJ, Brandi and Richie (Rhianna). Dear great grandmother of Ezra, Adelyn, Victor, Richie, Quinnlen, Scarlett and Michael. Cherished sister to Sharon Krueger. Also survived by nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
After graduating high school, although she aspired to be a home economics teacher, Carol accepted the position to become an Administrative Assistant with the Forestry Service. At age 22, she became a bride and wife to her loving husband Richard John Klug of 64 years. At age 23, she became a first-time mom and homemaker. Raising five children and maintaining a household consumed most of her time. As her children reached school age she took on a part time position as cashier at a neighborhood grocery store where everyone knew her name. After her children were grown she worked as a union secretary for Woolworth and volunteered her time at Our Lady of Good Hope parish. She enjoyed travel and spending time with her grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at 9:30 AM, followed by Mass at 11:00 AM, all at Our Lady of Good Hope, 7152 North 41st Street, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Interment to follow at St. Catherine of Alexandria Cemetery, 8661 North 76th Place, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Our Lady of Good Hope Parish, 7152 N 41st Street, Milwaukee, WI, 53209.
