Glen, I am so sorry to have missed Pam’s memorial. I was sick. I wanted to let you know you have my deepest sympathies. I cannot imagine what you are feeling at this loss. Pam was my first friend in law school, and has always held a special place in my heart. I will remember how funny and smart she was, and I have some specific memories of times Pam and I shared a good laugh or commiserated about some situation— there have been many such occasions over the years. She was a dear and genuine person, kind but not prone to sugar-coating. I always appreciated her candor, her can-do spirit and her constancy. I hope you are able to feel her love for you even though she is not here with us any more. She will be sorely missed by many.

Glen i am so sorry i won't be able to come on saturday due to i need new brake pads and jim just had eye surgery and i have to put his eye drops in his eye four times a day. Anyway i would love to come this summer in June and go out to eat and bring Chrissy too. I know she said she would make it to see you saturday. My heart aches for you and Pam.
