Chuck was born on August 7th, 1949 to Edmund and Florence Retkowski in Milwaukee, WI. After graduating from Pulaski High School in 1967, he went on to study accounting at Spencerian College. Chuck joined GE Medical in 1972 as a cost accountant. He also worked many odd jobs, including working at the Journal Sentinel and landscaping. He began working at Super Products in 1989 as a assistant controller. He retired in 2010. In 1968, he met Jean, and they wed on May 18th, 1974. Chuck was inseparable from Jean, his true love; and together they raised their two dear children. Chuck enjoyed fishing, playing cards, watching Western’s, tracking the weather, spending time with beloved family and friends, and staying up way too late.
He was quite the handyman around his home and took great pride in his immaculate lawn. You could always count on Chuck to share a funny story and prompt those around him to smile.
