Lillian Pauline Zavadsky (nee Dvoran)
Died peacefully and entered God’s loving arms on Monday, November 14, 2022 at age 97. Beloved mother of Stephen and James. Cherished grandmother of Sara (Sam) Blood and Tyler (Chelcie). Also loved by niece Noreen Puskarich, nephew Dennis Bieszk, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by her husband Rudolph, parents Steve and Anna Dvoran, brother Bob Dvoran, sister Stella (Ralph) Bieszk and niece Dianne (Ronald) Plewa.
For many years Lillian worked as the secretary to the Dean of the College of Nursing at Marquette University. She was a long-time choir member at St. Matthias Parish in Milwaukee. Lillian had a deep connection to her Slovak heritage and enjoyed polka dancing. The most important things to Lillian were her grandchildren who she loved and adored, and her strong Christian faith.
Visitation will be at Krause Funeral Home, 12401 West National Avenue, New Berlin, Wisconsin on Monday, November 21st from 10:00 AM – 11:45 AM with a service at 12:00 PM.
