Our beloved Charlotte L Roggenbach (née Menzel) passed peacefully at home at Three Pillars on Wednesday, April 27th. She was the loving wife to the late Roy Roggenbach for 67 years. Sister of the late Paul (Bonnie) Menzel and late Marilyn (late Robert) Wellsfry. Wonderful Aunt to the late Jeff Zobrack and Kim Beier. She is further survived and loved by her nieces and nephew, Brian (Laurie) Zobrack, Elizabeth Consiglio, and Melissa (Christopher) Grow, as well as great nieces and nephews, Christopher (Kristin) Zobrack, Alex (Star), Eli, and Trey Zobrack, Krystal (Ryan) Wagner, Korey (Amber) Halverson, Alexander Grow, Madeline and Matthew Consiglio, as well as great grand nieces and nephews. Charlotte started working at 16 years of age at the telephone company and when some of her shifts kept her there until midnight she tried to resign from her position so she could sit down for dinner at home with her family. Her supervisor insisted she stay, so she was transferred to the downtown location where she took the bus and the streetcar to work. She later moved to the branch offices. She was proud to celebrate an almost 50 year career at Wisconsin Bell.
