Dan was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Retired from many years in the trucking industry at Ursa Logistics.
Dan was best known as Dangerous, Deadly & Dirty Diesel Dan to everybody that he encountered. He enjoyed going back home to visit his family in Fort Wayne, brother Tom (Barb) in Arkansas and the big family vacations in Canada. Playing the guitar, listening to music, and watching old time movies with his infectious laugh was a favorite past time. Above all, he enjoyed being there for his family and was very proud to be grandfather and great grandfather. Dan was selfless, generous, and tender-hearted, treating everyone he met with his silliness. He will be missed by all, and his memories will never be forgotten.
A Celebration of Life is scheduled at 11:30 AM April 23, 2022, at Carl’s Catering & Banquet Facility, 5110 West Loomis Road, Greendale, Wisconsin. Be ready to share your memories of Dangerous, Deadly & Dirty Diesel Dan. Wear your favorite saying hat that he would wear, cowboy hat, cowboy boots, flannel shirts or Brewers Gear.
