Passed away unexpectedly at home on February 17, 2022, at age 48. Loving husband of Becky for 25 years. Devoted father of Aaron and Kevin Baczek. Beloved son of Mary (Larry) Stone and Richard (Darlene) Baczek. Fun-loving brother of Randy (Vicky) Baczek. Adored uncle of Emma and Addison Baczek and Heather (Carlos) Paz. Dear son-in-law of Kathleen and the late James Barber; and brother-in-law of Cheryl (Terry) Bowes and Lori (Jeff) Anderson. Also loved by aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.

Rich enjoyed spending time with his family and dogs, relaxing at home and listening to music.

Visitation at Krause Funeral Home, 12401 West National Avenue, New Berlin, on Friday, February 25, 2022, from 11:00 AM to 1:45 PM. Service at 2:00 PM.
