Red left a message on March 28, 2023:
David was always the brightest in the room, even if he was going through things. I will never forget the day we went to the Lighthouse and he looked in my eyes. He was so content with life, he had so many dreams and aspirations. I wish he was still here, even if your not here David; I will be sure to fulfil our promise to each other. -Love Red

Jennifer Lein left a message on February 15, 2022:
I was David’s Geometry teacher during the pandemic. He was always the first to log into class and say, “Hello Ms. Lein”, I can still hear him saying it. He was bright, caring of his classmates and brought a smile to my face daily. I miss seeing you in the hall David with your guitar or skateboard in your hands. I pray you found peace, you will be missed but I know you will live on in the stories we tell in your memory.
