Marjorie A. Tews

(nee Steuer) Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving children on January 22, 2009 at age 81. Devoted mother of Tom (Patricia Morrissey), Tim (Katy Juneau-Tews), Starlight (Steve Walsten), Jeff (Lori), Bobby and Susan Tews. Further survived by her sisters and brothers, Kate Steuer, Janet Fumuso, George Steuer and Howie Steuer. Dear grandma of eight grandchildren amd two great grandchildren. Also survived by nephews, nieces, and friends, especially her lifelong friend, Ruth Lauburg. Marge was a lover of nature and especially enjoyed bird watching. She was also a 1st Grade School teacher and an artist. She created many gorgeous stained glass pieces, including Tiffany lamps and kaleidoscopes. A special thank you to the staff at St. Ann Rest Home for their loving and gentle care of Margie. Visitation with the family will be on Saturday, January 31, 2009 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Funeral Home. A service celebrating Marge's life will follow the visitation in the chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to MargaretAnn's Place for Grieving Children.
