Passed away peacefully on July 11, 2016 at age 88. Cherished husband of Ellen (nee Beaumont) of 52 years. Loving father of Ann (the late Robert) Kirby, Emilie Rudan and Kathryn Knutsen. Proud grandfather of Ethan and Hannah Kirby, Steven and Audrey Rudan, and Olivia, Isabella, and Victoria Knutsen. Brother of Bertha (the late Frederick) Meyer, Borchert (Toni) Koop and Anita (Heiner) Abelman. Son-in-law of Anna Rankin.

Gathering will be at Krause Funeral Home, 21600 West Capitol Drive, Brookfield, WI on Saturday, August 6, from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM.  In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated  to The American Cancer Society or Meca Vesta Canine Foundation, 3670 South 108th Street, Greenfield, WI 53228.
