I have a heavy heart as I heard of Sandy's passing. She was my first water aerobics teacher and she is in my mind daily for years as I now teach classes myself. Sandy gave so much love and inspiration to others. She encouraged me to sing for the "Y" programs and others. Her smile was contagious. Her heart was huge. Her listening ear was always there. She will be missed every day. May God grant her peace. Susie

My sister just called me with the shocking news of Sandy. What a wonderful woman, friend & what I felt like for years my mom. I met her when Eric was 3 months old and continued to babysit Eric, Lindsay, Adam & David until I married & had my first son 12 years later. All the years she’d give advice as a friend but it was also guidence that a mom would give. I would send Christmas cards to the family to keep her updated on my family, even thou I knew years ago sending out cards did not fit into their active lives. I feel fortunate that I was working at a clinic when she came in 4 yrs ago and for a few weeks I got to renew my friendship with her and Lindsay when she came with her. I wish I would of known that she passed away yesterday so I could have gone to pay my respects to a wonderful lady & give my condolences to Roger & the “kids” that I spent so much time with. To Sandy, please give my husband a hug for me. To Roger & “my first kids” the pain of loosing a wonderful spouse & mother will take a while To recover from & yrs later that pain will return. Just remember we will all see her wonderful smile again.
