Thomas E. “Tom” Schuettig, age 80 of Milwaukee, Wisconsin passed away on Saturday, May 27, 2023.

Tom was born on May 20, 1943 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to the late Everett and Jeanette Schuettig. He is lovingly survived by his sister Patricia (the late Richard Sr.) Herrmann. Beloved uncle of Cheryl (Randy) Fredrick, Cindy (Don) Driebel, Lori (Rick) Verbsky, Rick (the late Renee) Herrmann, Mark (Terri) Herrmann, Rob (Jackie) Herrmann and Jim (Kish) Herrmann. Also survived by best friend Valeria and numerous other relatives and friends.

Known for telling jokes, Tom enjoyed a good sense of humor. His nickname was “Lure” and often he could be found on the water fishing or in a casino playing slots. Enjoying bingo, playing cards or watching his favorite Wisconsin sports teams the Bucks and the Brewers were among some of his other favorite activities. Most of all, Tom was a genuinely happy person, making those around him feel loved and special.

Visitation will take place at Krause Funeral Home, 21600 West Capitol Drive, Brookfield, Wisconsin on Tuesday, June 13, 2023 from 1:30 PM until 2:45 PM. Funeral at 3:00 PM. Entombment at Wisconsin Memorial Park.
