Theodore “Teddy” F. Koutras, age 63
Teddy was born on June 30, 1962, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and unexpectedly passed away on May 1st, 2026. He was the beloved son of Mary and Frank “Foti” Koutras, who preceded him in death. He was a loving and dedicated husband of 20 years to Connie Koutras (née Pinkham), and a proud father to his daughters, Eleni and Tiffany Koutras. His joy only grew when he became “Papou” to his cherished grandchildren, Theo and Andrea Nazario-Koutras.
Teddy devoted his life to what mattered most—taking care of his family. He was the rock whose presence brought comfort, joy, and strength to his family and treasured friends. Teddy had a deep interest in market investing and could often be found enjoying a game of pool or listening to music—especially funk and Lenny Kravitz. He valued time spent with loved ones and caring for his beloved pets, Sadie, Julius, and Bert.
Teddy will be remembered for his passionate personality, his dedication to others, and for the love he gave so freely to those around him. To know him was to be supported in a life-changing way. His memory will continue to live on in the many lives he touched.
Teddy will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
