May you be at peace my sweet Uncle Spencer. I will miss you more then words can say. You have always been such a special part of my life.

Spencer greeted me each time he came into the clinic as a patient. We had many long conversations as he waited for prescriptions. He will be missed here by many. It was obvious how much he loved his grandson, daughter and son-in-law. We enjoyed hearing about all the fun things he did with you. I'm sure his twin will miss him also. He always told us he was going to AZ to celebrate her birthday, not his. He handled all his numerous medical problems with grace.

He so loved his grandson.

Spencer was a great man, very funny witty and always pleasant when he came into the doctors office. He was one of my favorite patients who I could sit and talk with. He always talked about his buddy Jack (grandson) who was the apple of his eye. Spencer will be greatly missed. Condolences to the whole family. May you find peace at this difficult time. Rest peacefully warrior!
