At peace on May 25, 2016, at the age of 85. Devoted husband of Carolyn (nee Bergman), for 60 years. Admired father of Wendy (Alfredo) Cintron, Michael D. Fraley, Sarah (Charles) Faupel, and Philip (Giuditta) Fraley. Grandfather of 11 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Brother of Donald (Phyllis) Fraley. Also loved by many other relatives, friends, and dogs.

Visitation at Community United Methodist Church – Elm Grove, 14700 Watertown Plank Road., on Tuesday, May 31, 2016, from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM. Service at 11:00 AM. Burial at Arlington Park Cemetery to follow.

Memorials appreciated to Asbury Theological Seminary.

Douglas proudly served in the United Methodist Wisconsin Conference, for 42 years.
