Born Oct 1, 1946, in Milwaukee, WI with his birth name Frank Cooper, passed away at Hines VA Hospital in Hines, IL at 9:45a.m. Wednesday, April 24, 2024. He was preceded in death by parents Loring John Cooper and Marlo Cooper.

Quran, you fought a good fight, and the LORD has blessed you and performed miracle after miracle in your life. GOD saw you holding on; you’re safe in his arms now from all hurt and harm. We thank GOD for Grace and Mercy; you will drink and never thirst again and receive Everlasting Life.

Visitation will be held at Krause Funeral Home (9000 West Capitol Drive Milwaukee, WI 53222), on Friday, May 10, 2024, 10AM-12:45PM. Service at 1PM. Burial to follow at Glen Oaks Cemetery 4530 North Green Bay Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53209.

The family is requesting guests to wear shades of light brown (cognac, khaki, tan) and white.
