Mildred Marie Perlberg, the youngest of 12, was born on December 30, 1938, to Warden B. Krauter and Bertha E. Krauter, passed away December 20, 2024.
Waiting for her in Heaven are her parents, eight sisters, and husband Joseph T. Perlberg. The 3 babies she never got to hold Jessie, Garrett & Jeffrey. Her Granddaughter Katrina Marie Koers and son in law Robert Newport as well as many others.
She leaves behind three sisters, Betty Lanyland, Anita (Ray) Erdmann and Debbie (Greg) Howell. Two brothers, Sonny (Doris) Krauter and Gregory Krauter. Loving mother of Felicia (Robert) Newport, Joann Perlberg and Gregory (Karen) Perlberg. Grandmother to Joseph (Libbry), Jennifer (Matthew), Kat, Brandi (Vinny), Rocco (Mercedes), Cassandra, and Alison. The great grandmother of Aaron, Addison, Lucas, Mavis, AustynBelle, baby girl Koers and her great grandpuppy, Ella. As well as many nieces and nephews and many, many foster children.
Millie loved and cherished her family above everything else on this earth. And her faith kept her going right to the end. She was an amazing person. Starting out as a mom, then became a grandma and a great grandma. Someone you could always go to if you had a problem, just need to talk or to hear the words, “I love you.” She was my best friend. Talking about friends, she made friends so she could talk about her kids, grandchildren and her great grandchildren. Sit next to her and by the time you get up to leave you will know all about how smart and amazing they were. She loved her friends; she made new friends with her drivers and everyone at Dialysis.
She had her favorite things to do like going to Tomah for the Erickson family reunion but the best trip she took was the one to Florida with all the siblings. We are so Thankful that she got to go on that amazing trip.
Mildred was there whenever she was needed, for whatever you needed her for, no judgment. We will miss and be very lost without her. We are happy she got her wings, but when she left, she took apart of us with her.
So, until we meet again in Heaven, we love you!
