Mom In January 2021 my mom had a stroke . She came to live with me February 14 2021 . Her memory was Mostly in the past. She remembered Her child hood a lot how her mom said she was the bad child. She was locked out of the house in the cold without food she would be beaten. She never treated us kids like that. She tried for most of her adult years to forget that time in her life but eventually it did come out. I tried to help her as best I could. Around Nov11 she began to worsen physically she was having difficulty sleeping and even getting out of bed. I never focused a lot on the physical body I wanted her soul . When I began to follow Jesus 25 years ago I began praying for all my family to be saved. The devil is liar he comes to steal kill and destroy. Jesus came to this earth to give us abundant life. November 26 two days after thanksgiving after supper time she began to tell me she wanted to be a changed person . She did not want to drink anymore because she wanted to be better for Her kids . She was remembering the early years because she was not drinking at my house .So I told her she could be changed that Jesus could change her. So I led her in this prayer and she prayed Jesus I want to be changed please wash me in the blood of Jesus Christ forgive my sin fill me with the Holy Spirit take me to heaven with you when I die amen Gods promise to us that If we call on the name of Jesus he hears us and when we stand before Him when we die He will look at us and see the blood of Jesus and His righteousness . We will get to live with Him forever in heaven. My goal in life is not for people to praise me and tell me what a good job I am doing . When I get to heaven I want Jesus to say Well done my daughter look around for great is your reward .
