At church, I would often think to myself “now that’s a young lady that gets it right.” She always anticipated your needs, she was action oriented and kept Christ at the center of all things. Kaylin lived out her love and passion for empowering youth. I now wish I could have told her how much I admired her. I know God is well pleased.

Kaylin - You challenged me more than anyone I’ve ever met, and I’m going to miss that so much. On day one you stole my favorite fannypack, and we pushed each other’s buttons ever since. I remember when you came over to help me set up for Charlotte’s 3rd birthday party and we all belted out Beauty and the Beast songs together. You connected with every single child you interacted with because you genuinely took an interest in each person as an individual. We all still had so much to learn from you. Rest peacefully knowing that we’re all trying to live up to your name.

We have so many priceless images today that Kaylin isn’t in, not because she wasn’t there but because she was behind the camera!
That’s a testament to her life. She did what needed to be done, not for the spotlight but for the mission&vision and the seed of the future!
She has touched so many of our seeds, our young people which the world will acknowledge and deem as future leaders! But they became leaders today, thanks to Kaylin.
I think back and believe she did it with such conviction and rigor because she resonated with us! Empathized with us. Encouraged us because she encouraged herself first and took the courage to encourage another.
Kaylin saw apart of us in her and nurtured us all, so we now carry apart of Kaylin with us!
She Touched so many lives, look at the power of what happens when one blossoms. She expounded! Leaving sweet traces of her aroma that infiltrated our souls and spirits whether we realized it or not, which can’t be ignored right now! Her remembrance will forever trigger motivation and encouragement to live out our purpose.
