Entered God’s loving arms on May 4, 2019, at age 92. Devoted husband of the late Katharina for 69 years. Loving father of Monika (the late Adolf) Andes, Richard Schneider, and the late Helmut (Jean) Schneider. Proud Opa of Andrea (Quinn), Josette (Jason), and Natalie (Joshua); and great-grandfather of Harper, Ellianna, Josephine, Remington, and Lennon. Dear brother of Kathy (Hans) Stumvoll. Also loved by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

John was a long-time member of Milwaukee Sports Club. He enjoyed his career as a barber.

Visitation at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, 3970 N. 92nd St., on Friday, May 10, 2019, from 11:00AM to 12:00 noon. Funeral Mass at 12:00 noon. Interment to follow at Wisconsin Memorial Park.
