Born into Eternal Life on Friday, May 31, 2024, at age 89 (eight days before his 90th birthday).
John was a kind, generous man who during his life enjoyed cooking, baking bread, golfing and supporting his favorite charities. He retired from Kearney and Trecker after working as a Journeyman for forty years.
Predeceased by his father Louis, mother Victoria and his siblings Thaddeus (Ann), George (Arlene), Dolores Westcott (Patrick), Edward (Ann) and nieces Carol Ollech (Duane) and Mary Katz. John’s legacy is carried on by his sister Alice, and nieces and nephews; Debra Tyszka (Bob), Peggy Gielow (Dennis), Mark Tyszka (Jean), Patrick Herwig, Jackie Tyszka (Mike), Mary Hael (Joseph), Pam Godsell (Mark), Vicky Westcott, Michael Westcott (Kristi) as well as many great and great-great nieces and nephews.
John will be greatly missed by all who knew him. His spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of his family, friends and all the lives he touched.
A service to honor the life of John Tyszka will be held on Wednesday, June 19, 2024 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 8500 West Cold Spring Road, Greenfield, Wisconsin. Visitation at 10:00 AM with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM.
