Passed away and is reunited with his wife, Myrna, on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at the age of 88. Loving father of Jay (Nancy) Maier and Jerry (Tina) Maier. Proud grandfather of Sydney, Charlotte, Adalyn and Savannah. Brother-in-law of Mary Maier and Peggy Maier. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by his parents, John and Helen Maier, his siblings, Edmund (Margie), Norman, Jerry (Mary), Margaret (Frank) Sonnentag, Mercedes (Don) Borton, Leonard and Kenneth.

Visitation will be held at St. Peter Immanuel Lutheran Church, 7801 West Acacia Street, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, from 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM. Funeral Service at 1:30 PM. Burial to follow at Wisconsin Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to the Wisconsin Humane Society or St. Peter Immanuel Lutheran Church.
