My condolences to the Gittins family. Jeff spoke of his love for you often. On behalf of your numerous high school and college friends, thank you Jeff for your kind friendship, interesting conversation and good humor over the years. You will be missed so much by all.. Right up to this summer, Jeff worked diligently on Greendale High's (class of 1974) 50th year reunion committee, much like the efforts he put into his career with the State Fair, the Milwaukee Brewers and the Blood Center. His work was tremendous and greatly appreciated; we are already well set for the event next August that Jeff was looking forward to attending. I know he will be there in spirit. We will honor him then just as we will honor the memory of him forever. Rest in peace my friend. I look forward to seeing you down the road in everlasting life.

Gittins Family, I remember the day I walked into the very first “Casino Night” meeting at St. Mary’s / Q of A …. From that moment on Jeff on I were friends and shared lots of volunteer hours together between organizing, setting up, taking down & events and he always did it with a smile and laughter … I would not have made so many amazing friends without him and he truly made a positive lasting impression on so many - he will be missed dearly - rest easy “Dracula”

Jeff Gittins, I was so lucky to have you as a neighbor while we were young. All sports all the time all year-round. Thank you for taking me to County Stadium when we were in high school, finding the one special ticket taker you knew, who would get us in without a ticket while he held the turnstile, guess that’s why you got into the ticket business! Could not ask for a better friend!

Dear Jan and family, so sorry to hear of the passing of Jeff. Dennis certainly enjoyed working with Jeff at the Brewers all those years. Another plus was getting to you and Janesssa.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

I am very sorry for your family's loss. I had the privilege of getting to know Jeff years ago while playing softball with he and others from Greendale. Thankfully I got to talk to him again at his mother's life celebration. I'm also sorry that I won't be able to attend the planned celebration of Jeff's life but will be there in spirit. Best wishes. -Gary

I had the pleasure of working at the Statefair for many decades, and working for Jeff in admissions as a person who supervised grandstand shows. He was a person who was always there when we needed him and certainly showed how dedicated he was to Making things run smoothly. He will surely be missed.

Printed tickets for Jeff and the Wisconsin State Fair. Visited him in the winter after fair season and played bingo with the staff. Winners received jars of jam and pickled items left over from the fair. Drove around his golf cart for a tour of the fair and he was so excited about his daughter’s wedding he couldn’t stop smiling. Great man who had a kind demeanor and genuine personality that I will remember fondly. My sincere condolences to his family and friends. May his memory be a blessing.

Jeff, I loved your passion for numbers. You and I had a great time managing lines for the Wonder Wheel and selling tickets from aprons together. Can't wait, one day, to see what events you'll be managing for the big guy up there! Until then, have fun and I will remember you always! - Jacque Kohal
