Jeanne M. Simmons – (nee Kuchenbecker) Passed away peacefully on Monday, May 19, 2025, age 95.

Beloved mother of Richard J. (Patricia) Simmons, Linda L. (James) Brady, David B. (Patricia) Simmons and Steven M. Simmons. Preceded in death by her son, Howard L. Simmons. Mother-in-law of Lori (Sam) Semrau. Sister of Bonnie J. (Donald) Greger. Grandmother of 12, great-grandmother of 11 and great-great-grandmother of one. Also loved by other relatives and friends.

Jeanne was an ER nurse at Milwaukee County General Hospital, volunteered as an usher at plays and at the symphony and as a tax preparer at HR Block and the Senior Center. She loved to travel. Enjoyed the arts and seeing plays and following the Brewers and baseball. Jeanne was active at the Wisconsin Athletic Club, where she swam and participated in water aerobics.

Jeanne welcomed everyone into her life. You will always be a part of our lives.

Visitation at Krause Funeral Home, 7001 West Brown Deer Road, Milwaukee, Wisconsin on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, from 930 AM – 1045 AM. Service 11:00 AM. Private entombment Wisconsin Memorial.
