James J. “Jim” McMeen found peace on Wednesday, April 23rd, 2025. Loving husband to Jennifer (nee Jefferies). Adoring son to mother Jo (nee Lupo). Dear brother to Patrick and Michael. Loving cousin to Tom, Angela, Claudia, Chloe and Andrew. Along with many more surviving family and friends. Preceded in death by father, Richard.
Jim lived his whole life in West Allis. Went to Nathan Hale High School. Out of high school Jim worked as a Sheet Metal Fabricator for Ajax for over 30 years then most recently worked for AGI. AGI took him on and treated him very well. Jim’s passion was for CARS. He had been shown at an early age by his grandpa how to fix, repair or rebuild anything on cars. His talents and knowledge as a mechanic were amazing. Besides working on cars his hobbies included Admiral Hockey games, snowmobiling, movies, selling at Flea Markets and attending car shows. We will have memories and stories to share for those that are not to be forgotten but forever held in our hearts.
Thankful to the Aurora team (Jennifer) for all their care, kindness and support.
Gathering will be held at Krause Funeral Home, 12401 West National Avenue, New Berlin, Wisconsin on Monday, May 5, 2025 from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
