Elvira Gonzalez Ayala passed away on July 3, 2024 surrounded by her family, at age 89.

Beloved wife of James for 63 years. Loving mother of Rolando Ayala, Linda Ayala- Sobotta, James Ayala, Jr. Cherished grandmother of Jennifer, Aaron and Jeffrey. Further survived by her sister, Connie Martinez; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Rose and Jose Flores, Violet and John Ayala; and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her siblings, Robert Gonzalez and Nina Panfil.

Elvira loved to dance, played volleyball, bowled and enjoyed time with her grandchildren. She always put family first.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, July 12, 2024 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, 605 South 4 Street, Milwaukee, Wisconsin with a Visitation from 10:00 AM until time of service. There will be a second visitation from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM at Krause Funeral Home, 12401 West National Avenue, New Berlin, Wisconsin on Friday, July 12, 2024.
