JOHN R MOHA left a message on January 1, 2023:
Best wishes for the family. I am John Moha. i am the son of Anthony Moha, brother of Dorothy's dad John. I am the last living first cousin. I grew up in Detroit and remember visiting Dorothy on our annual vacations to Montreal. She had a beautiful family. I did not keep close contact after growing up, but got to know her brother John. He would visit me when I was stationed at Rhein Main Air Base (1972-1976). He was in the Air Force reserves and did his annual two week active duty tour flying an ancient fuel tanker to Germany. Again best wishes.

Thoughts are with Dorothy's wonderful family she left us with. I knew her her final 36 years and appreciated her for all the good she brought to everyone ... but never appreciated everything she did the previous 67 years before I knew her. "They don't make 'em like her anymore" that's for sure. Lots of memories for everyone to relish and take with us the rest of our lives.
Lynn Trachte left a message on August 2, 2022:
Dear Dernehl cousins and your families, Aunt Dorothy was my godmother, so that was special to me. I have fond memories of coming out to her place on Lake Michigan, eating her good food, seeing all the animals, and visiting with everyone. My prayers are with you. Love, Lynn Trachte
