Died peacefully, surrounded by his family Thursday, March 5, 2015, age 88. Beloved husband of Jackie. Loving father of Timothy (Doreen) and David (Patti) Hermann. Proud grandfather of Carlene Hermann. Also loved by other relatives and friends.

LUTHERAN CHURCH, 1642 South 77th Street, West Allis, Tuesday, March 10, 9:00-10:00 AM. Funeral Service 10:00 AM. Burial Highland Memorial Park.

Don retired from The Milwaukee Journal after 38 years of service. He proudly served his country in the Army Air Corps during World War II. He was the Past Commander of Hoeppner-Horn Bros Post VFW 5716, former treasurer of the New Berlin Historical Society, former treasurer of Suburban Sno-Hawks and Charter member of New Berlin Veteran's Memorial.
