Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Dave will be missed by many. He was a good man, kind and thoughtful. I always enjoyed hearing what he had to say. He was very proud of his family. Sending our sympathies.

Dave and Barb are longtime friends and members of our Euchre club! ! We have so many fond memories of shared camp outs at their farm with our family and friends. Great times in playing cards over many, many years. We know that Dave crossed many bridges during his earthly life. May these verses I am sharing give comfort to his family: BRIDGES Bridges are in life’s pathways Radiant are their rays Kris’s-crossing bringing us home As through life we roam Twisting, turning, closing in Getting back to where it did begin Learning to find your way Leaning on Jesus through out the day It is on that cross we embrace Clinging to because of his grace Faithful believers that receive His gift of love Earned by His gift of love by Him alone Making us for home to long Giving us Faith so strong For He - who died on the cross Dave’s life not be a loss Bonnie Flanagan Bierman 2006

Dave was such a great partner as my county board supervisor while I served as alderman for district #1 in the city of Waukesha. Little did I know that I would be succeeding him in that role. Dave was so passionate about his job and cared very much about the service he provided his constituents. Working with him provided me invaluable incite that I’ll never forget. Rest in peace Dave. My sincere condolences to the family.
