I worked with Darrell years ago—we were both employed by Universal Foods. I remember his gracious manner, his calmness under fire, and his willingness to always pitch in and assist whenever and wherever needed. Darrell was very knowledgeable in all matters related to labor relations and a real asset to the company. Most of all he was a fine human being. I am sorry to learn of his passing.
