Larson, Celine Mary (neé Krupka)
Died peacefully on September 1, 2024, at the age of 95, and was reunited with her beloved husband, Richard, with whom she shared 37 years of happiness and love. She was born and raised in Milladore, Wisconsin. She received her undergraduate degree in mathematics and chemistry from Marquette University, and a graduate degree in chemistry from St. Louis University. She had a fulfilling career as an educator, research chemist and editor. She and her husband, Richard, a sociologist, retired from Clemson University in Clemson, SC to Port Townsend, WA.
Health problems brought them to Milwaukee to be near family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Stephen and Anna Krupka, and siblings Jo Ann, Orlando, Clarence, Marian and Margaret. She is survived by her sister-in-law, Betty Krupka, many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, great great nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
Visitation on Friday, October 4, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, with Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM at St. Matthias Catholic Church, 9306 Beloit Road, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
