Carol entered eternal life on May 26, 2025. She is survived by her loving husband of 74 years, Ralph, sons Bart (Joan), Scott (Kate), and Brad (Barbara). Also survived by grandchildren Sarah Stevenson, William, Katie Goldlust, Drew, Brett, and eight great grandchildren. Preceded in death by grandson, Matthew Volkmann.

Carol was born May 2, 1929 in Beaver, Wisconsin. She graduated from Green Bay East High School. She was employed in Milwaukee where she met Ralph. After his job he took them from Milwaukee to Indianapolis, then to Cincinnati, then back to Wisconsin, where they made many lifelong friends.

They loved to travel. They visited all the US National Parks and many cruises all over the world.

Visitation on Tuesday, June 3, 2025 at Krause Funeral Home, 21600 West Capitol Drive, Brookfield Wisconsin from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Visitation on Wednesday, June 4, 2025 from 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM and funeral service at 10:00 AM at Unity Lutheran, Christ the King Campus, 4600 Pilgrim Road, Brookfield, Wisconsin.
