My deepest sympathy on the passing of Carol. With our parents being best friends for about 50 years, we spent a lot of time together. From the years when the family lived on S. 28th street, we did a lot of roller skating in their basement and could walk to the neighborhood movie theater. We had a lot of fun while our parents played Sheepshead. We have so many good memories. It's sad as the years go by and we're missing Wayne and Carol's brother Cliff and my husband, Dale, and now Carol. We like to think they are all together in a Blessed place.
I'm so sorry I have to miss the visitation and service on the 18th, but I'll keep the family in my prayers. I also intend to send a memorial check to one of Carol's favorite charities, which also happens to be one of my favorite charities, St Jude's Children Hospital. My check will be acknowledged in her memory.
