Lorelle Brueggeman Manion left a message on April 11, 2026:
I am sorry to hear of your loss. I have such fond memories of growing up in the neighborhood with all the kids migrating from yard to yard to play outside together. I remember many games of football in your back yard, and visiting with your mom and dad when we were all outside attending to our yard work at the same time. I also remember the neighborhood parties, usually at Bill and Ellie’s, often by the pool. Your mom continued to share her brightness with us even after my parents moved, attending birthday parties, weddings and baby showers to celebrate with us. I also remember her strong commitment to her faith and St. John’s. I am grateful to have known and been inspired by her kindness, cheerfulness and strong faith. Blessings and peace, Lorelle Brueggeman Manion

Karen (Betty Schaefer's daughter) left a message on January 23, 2026:
I was truly sorry to hear about your mother...she has been one of the bright lights of Regency...I loved talking to her and bringing her treats when I brought them for my mom. We had some great conversations and I was always amazed at her independence. She was a good friend to my mother. We are all comforted with the knowledge that this separation is not permanent...that we will all be together again in a more perfect world. Karen McDonough
