Beatrice “Bea” Alzuhn entered into eternal life on Wednesday, October 25, 2023, at the age of 93. She was born March 7, 1930 in Flint Michigan to John and Mary (Hojnacki) Frank.
Bea was known for her infectious laughter and kind compassionate spirit. She adored taking care of her grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as fostering children in need. Her family and friends anxiously awaited the hundreds of Christmas cookies she would bake each year. She loved crafts, sewing, bird watching, bowling, playing cards, and a good polka to dance to. She also had many special memories camping in Door County and traveling to many places around the world with her loving husband Gary. Her family will always remember the joy she brought to others in life, not the sadness of her passing.
She will be greatly missed by her beloved husband of 32 years Gerd “Gary“ Alzuhn; daughter Linda (Frank) Barker and her children Carrie and Crystal; son Thomas (Kathy) Kilthau and their children Alicia, Stephanie, and Danielle; daughter Janice Reinert; step-daughter Heidi (Chad) Bladow and their children Rachel and Jason; step-daughter Julie (Andre) Torres and their children Maria, Kevin, and Samantha; step-son Eric (Marisela) Alzuhn and their daughter Abigail; step-daughter Leslie (Doug) Hansen and their children Ashley, Calla, and Zack; her brother Richard Frank; eight great grandchildren and one great-great grandson.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband Robert Kilthau, sister Delores, and brother John.
