Arthur Larson

Reunited with his wife of 47 years, Grace, on January 20, 2016, age 96. Father of Alan (Joyce). Brother to Mildred Wilken, and the late Laura (Elmer) Powers and Evelyn (Reuben) From. Grandfather to Eric and Katherine. Survived by relatives in North Dakota, Canada and Norway. Special friend and travel companion to Arvella over the past 18 years.

Art was a very adventuresome individual, traveling across both the US and Canada from a young age. He was a man of many talents: a professional welder who worked on the Manhattan Project in WWII, as well as ships in the Milwaukee Harbor, a skilled musician, playing upright bass and electric bass guitar with several bands, had his pilot's ground school license, realtor's license and was a skilled carpenter. He met the love of his life, Grace, at the Eagle's Ballroom. He will always be remembered for his love of the ladies and his firm handshake.
